Kingdom Hearts Awkwardness

I was just rewatching cutscenes from Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance and something just occurred to me. I was watching the scene where Lea and company wake up in Radiant Garden. And I noticed that Dilan, Even, Aeleus, and Ienzo were wearing the same outfits they wore in BBS before they lost their hearts, also the outfits they were wearing (I presume with Aeleus and Dilan since we didn't actually see them losing their hearts) when they became Nobodies. And it's been roughly around ten years since then. And Ienzo certainly has had a growth spurt (it also looks like he's taller than his Nobody version but that could just be me). So I thought,
